let’s see …
things republicans DON’T like:
1 – public tv, including sesame street,
2 – health care for those that can’t afford it,
3 – the public school system,
4 – wheel chair ramps ( why should their taxes pay for something they don’t use, right? ),
5 – diversity programs ( hey, Republican’s pulled their own selves out of the struggle of their cul-de-sacs ).
things republicans like:
1 – guns
2 – no government
… sounds like the wild west to me, where opportunistic bandits would exploit infrastructure-less communities and violate vulnerable women and children.
Republicans: Do you recall that John Wayne would come in to clean up those wild west towns … you get the metaphor don’t you? … and do you realize that his ‘sheriff salary’ was paid for by the ‘US Government’ with ‘tax money’?
BUT there are some countries that exist today that are similar to the Republican’s tribal-structured, government-less, law-into-your-own-hands vision: Somalia, Columbia, Afghanistan.
