Republicans … do you really still not understand WHY diversity programs are important??
Here are 2 reasons:
1 – Rudolf the Rednose Reindeer … Remember how he wasn’t allowed into the reindeer games; then Santa mandated a diversity program, and the rest is well known to your kids.
2 – NFL … Remember how coaches were all white until recently?? Then around 2002-03 the NFL required teams to interview black dudes for coaching jobs … Tony Dungy, Lovie Smith, Mike Tomlin, and that other Colts black coach … superbowl, super bowl, superbowl, superbowl, superbowl ( Tomlin has 2 ).
